I have been a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor for over 15 years, A healthy fitness mentality has always been my way of life, from growing up as a dancer, climbing Kilimanjaro, to training as a stuntwoman, to be a mum of three mimi-me crazies! I live for the challenge and dedicate my passion to achieving the best results for my clients both physically and mentally. I specialise in Strength Training, HIIT, Pilates, Kickboxing, Pre/Post Natal & Mobility. I am known for my fun and innovative ways to get people moving. Every session will be a new experience. I like to keep things exciting and creative. I live by the motto 'Health is a feeling not a look,’ and believe whole-heartedly in my mission to make a difference. Hi, I’m Laura MacDonald, a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, CNHC mBANT). I specialise in helping women to balance their hormones, support fertility and improve their gut health. I like to get to know my clients, taking time to understand their concerns, goals and lifestyle so that my recommendations are tailored entirely to the individual – realistic, practical and above all, enjoyable! I don’t believe that a healthy diet needs to be complicated or restrictive but instead take a balanced approach to teach clients how best to nourish their bodies for long-term health and happiness.

Amy has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits in 2013 whilst backpacking around India and instantly recognized the numerous healing benefits yoga has to offer. She has since trained in Baron Baptiste Power Flow, Restorative and Yin yoga. Amy combines her more dynamic style with the therapeutic benefits of Yin and Restorative, to deliver full body and mind restoration. Amy creates a safe non-competitive space for her students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration. Amy offers fun creative sequencing with emphasis on proper alignment, pranayama (breath work), meditation, philosophy, mantra & affirmation practice, and incorporates massage and healing touch into her retreats, day workshops and studio classes.   Let’s Yoga!

Hi, my name is Liz Stacpoole and I am a fully qualified, registered, and insured member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) working with adults and young people11+. I am an accredited member of The Foundation for Infant Loss and part of the Perinatal Counselling team at Hemel Hempstead Hospital. My previous career was a teacher where I spent over 10 years teaching children in schools around London and locally in Buckinghamshire. I am passionate about mental health. I understand that taking the first step to see a counsellor can seem very daunting or the thought of trusting someone to work with your child can appear scary. Seeking the help of a qualified counsellor can help you to explore thoughts and emotions and make sense of why you are thinking and feeling a certain way. The heart of my work is for my clients to be heard, understood and supported.
